Description of Service
Ring Agent provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service for restaurants. The service includes AI call answering, reservation booking, FAQ handling, and related features as described on our pricing page.
Subscription and Payment
Ring Agent is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. A one-time setup fee applies to all plans. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing cycle.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Ring Agent only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could harm Ring Agent or other users.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability. However, Ring Agent does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
Ring Agent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
